I'm having a recurring issue with the new player, where I can't get anything to play. This is using Mac OS X 10.5.8 and Firefox. I press the "play" button and it cycles through to "pause" as if playing, then back to play with nothing happening. If I press the play button multiple times rapidly, I can get the archive logo to show up in the upper right of the player (with embed codes, etc) and a little tracker appears to show play time, but both only show for a second and then disappear. It's killing me because I am so excited to see the issues with the old player resolved, but can't get this one to work. Any advice?

we fixed a bug with GratefulDead soundboards over the weekend.
do those happen to be the items you were having issues with?

otherwise, you can help us by visiting:
http://archive.org/details/testplay

and paste the results to a reply so we can try to see if we can deduce anything, etc...

meanwhile, i'll try to find someone with "leopard" OS here and try to reproduce.
maybe you could upgrade (if you aren't already) to latest Firefox (v11) just in case there's an issue there, too?

sorry for the troubles,
